These Terms of Use describe the permitted use and limitations of the ClearPath Psychiatry LLC website. They apply to the public website and do not replace informed consent, financial policies or other agreements provided when you receive care.

General information, not individualized medical advice

Website content is provided for general information about our practice and services. It is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for an evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not start, stop or change medication, or delay seeking care, based only on information on this website.

No automatic provider–patient relationship

Browsing this website, sending a general inquiry or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a provider–patient relationship. Care begins only when the practice accepts you for services and the appropriate clinical and consent steps have been completed. An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment; follow the scheduling instructions and confirmation provided by the practice.

Not an emergency or crisis service

ClearPath Psychiatry LLC is not an emergency or crisis service. Do not use website links, email, voicemail or the Client Portal for urgent or emergency assistance. For immediate danger or a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For suicide or emotional crisis support, call or text 988.

Telehealth and eligibility

ClearPath provides telehealth psychiatric services for adults ages 18–65 who are physically located in Georgia at the time of their appointment. Eligibility depends on the provider’s authorization to practice where you are located and whether telehealth is appropriate for your needs. Some concerns require in-person evaluation, emergency services or a higher level of care. The practice may recommend another care setting when appropriate.

Appointment requests, fees and treatment

See the Appointments & Fees page for current scheduling information and self-pay fees. Insurance acceptance is coming soon; do not assume coverage or in-network participation unless it has been confirmed. Full payment, cancellation and attendance policies are provided separately during intake.

An appointment or consultation does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, particular medication or specific outcome. Treatment recommendations depend on an individual clinical evaluation. ClearPath does not prescribe stimulant medications.

Privacy and communication

Please read our Website Privacy Policy for information about website data and cookies. Our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices addresses protected health information and patient rights.

Use the Client Portal for care-related messages and forms provided by the practice. Do not send sensitive health information or payment card details through ordinary email. General contact channels are not monitored continuously and do not provide emergency care.

Responsible use and website content

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to share.

Unless otherwise identified, site materials belong to ClearPath Psychiatry LLC or their respective owners or licensors. You may view and print materials for personal, noncommercial reference. Other uses require the rights holder’s permission unless allowed by law. Do not misrepresent an affiliation with ClearPath or use its branding misleadingly.

External services and site availability

Booking and Client Portal links lead to SimplePractice, which has its own service terms and privacy information. Other external sites also operate under their own terms. ClearPath does not control their availability or content.

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but errors, interruptions and outdated information may occur. Contact the practice to confirm information important to your care or scheduling. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or duties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates and questions
