ADHD care is limited to non-stimulant treatment options. ClearPath does not prescribe stimulant medications.

How do I get started?
Select “Book an Appointment” above to request a 60-minute initial psychiatric evaluation through SimplePractice. Choose an available time and complete the portal prompts. Your appointment request is subject to confirmation by the practice.
What happens during the evaluation?
Your initial psychiatric evaluation lasts 60 minutes and costs $345 for self-pay. We discuss your concerns, health history, current medications, and goals, then review personalized treatment recommendations together. Medication-management follow-up visits are $165 for self-pay.
Where do visits take place?
Visits are virtual. ClearPath serves adults ages 18–65 who are physically located in Georgia during their appointment. Choose a quiet, private place with a reliable internet connection.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance acceptance is coming soon. Insurance billing is not yet available; accepted plans will be posted when available. The prices listed above are self-pay rates.
How do I complete paperwork or contact my provider?
Use the secure Client Portal for forms shared by the practice and care-related messages. For general scheduling questions, call 678-379-6511. Please do not email sensitive health information.
What if I need to cancel or I am running late?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a cancellation charge. No-shows are charged the full scheduled-service price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is canceled and must be rescheduled. A valid credit or debit card must remain on file. Review the full financial and attendance policies provided with your intake paperwork.
Do you prescribe stimulants for ADHD?
No. ADHD treatment at ClearPath is limited to non-stimulant options. Treatment recommendations depend on your individual evaluation.
What if I need urgent help?
ClearPath does not provide emergency services. Do not use the website or Client Portal for emergencies. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988.
